Customized Boat
The boat is a custom made 36' Duffy. Built in Maine and custom finished. Designed to keep you comfortable while fishing Stellwagon Bank, Jefferies Ledge and our other areas. We carry a complete electronics package-sonar, chart plotter, and all the U.S.C.G. required safety equipment.
Lobster Tails is powered by a turbo charged diesel able to reach in excess of 20 knts.
We supply only the best of tackle, custom rods, penn and Shamano reels and the best terminal tackle. You may bring your own tackle if you wish.
Our boat was designed to catch fish. Our crews are fishermen themselves ,they enjoy seeing you have a great time and sharing with you techniques and ideas. If your a novice no worries, we have helped a lot of folks to become excellent fishermen.

About TTC
We have been fishing the waters off Gloucester for over 45 years, recreational and commercial. The captain has held a USCG Masters License for 45 years plus.
We work hard to insure our guests have an exciting experience. We specialize in all types of fishing charters.
Giant Bluefin Tuna our passion, Capt J caught his first bluefin out of a 16 ft boat using rope and nail kegs for a handline, 3 hr later he towed it in.
Deep Sea fishing for Cod and,Haddock, live lining or casting to striped Bass along the rocky coast. Capt J learned bass fishing drifting eels and trolling live bait in the Merrimac river. Throwing plugs at a frenzy of Bluefish, or stand up fishing for giant sharks and tuna. We are very flexible and can accommodate most requests.
From the very experienced men and ladies, novice, and families your safety and success are our main concern. We love helping our guest learn more about the sport.

We also offer exciting evening cruises aboard our beautiful boat.
We can also perform weddings and have our own wedding planner available.

We love helping out our guests, putting on bait, setting lines, harpooning a trophy, and sharing information about fishing and the whales.
