Our Custom Gloucester Sportfishing Vessel
The F/V Lobster Tails is a custom-made 36' Duffy sportfishing vessel, built in Maine with a custom finish. Designed by fishermen for fishermen, she is expertly crafted to keep you comfortable while pursuing giant bluefin tuna, striped bass, cod, sharks and more at renowned fishing grounds like Stellwagon Bank, Jefferies Ledge and beyond.
Lobster Tails is powered by a turbocharged diesel engine capable of reaching speeds in excess of 20 knots. We carry a full suite of top-notch electronics including sonar, chart plotters, and all required U.S.C.G. safety equipment. Our boat is outfitted with only the best tackle - custom rods, Penn and Shimano reels, and premium terminal gear. You're welcome to bring your own equipment as well.
Built to fish hard, F/V Lobster Tails features an open cockpit layout maximizing the fishing area, along with a tuna tower for superior visibility to spot giants, schools of tuna, and striped bass. Our experienced crews are avid anglers themselves, eager to share techniques and ensure you have an incredible day on the water.
